We service Flossmoor, IL and the surrounding areas including Chicago and NW Indiana; Munster, Highland, Schererville, Hammond, Merrillville, Hobart and Dyer. Locations that are not within a 25 minute radius of Flossmoor, IL will have a travel fee added to their service.

We do not offer home cleaning services other than move-in/move-out and post-construction. We also do not offer dish washing services. For safety reasons, there are certain limitations to the services we provide. We are unable to clean areas that require climbing ladders, handle waste removal, address black mold, perform deep stain removal, clean up blood or feces, handle pest removal, or lift heavy items. These tasks often require specialized expertise or pose potential health and safety risks. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding as we prioritize the well-being of our team and clients. 

Currently our cleaning services do not include organizing. We kindly request that you take the necessary steps to organize your important items and papers, as well as tidy up the space before our arrival. By doing so, you enable our cleaning team to work more efficiently and effectively, focusing on the cleaning tasks at hand. Thank you for understanding and for helping us provide the best possible cleaning service for you. 

To ensure efficient and safe cleaning, we kindly request the following from our clients:

1. Organize and Clear Floors: Please organize and remove important  items from the floor to allow us to clean efficiently and thoroughly, ensuring no areas are skipped.
2. Separate Pets: To maintain cleanliness and prevent the need for re-cleaning, we kindly ask that pets be kept in a separate room while we clean.
3. Limited Occupancy: For safety and optimal cleaning results, we prefer if no one is present during the cleaning session. However, if someone has to be present we understand. In such cases, we kindly ask that you stay in one room until we finish cleaning the rest, minimizing the risk of slips on wet floors and the need for re-cleaning.
4.  For effective cleaning and easy access to the sink, we kindly ask that there are no dishes in the sink. This ensures our team can use the sink for water and carry out efficient cleaning. Please note that we do not wash dishes as part of our service.
5. AC/Heat Availability: Please inform us if there is no AC or heat in the property.

No! We highly recommend scheduling the cleaning session when no one is present, as it allows us to maintain maximum efficiency. However, we understand that some clients may prefer to be present during the cleaning process for personal comfort or other reasons. If you choose to stay, we kindly request that you remain in a different room while our team performs the cleaning tasks. This ensures a smooth workflow and allows our cleaners to work without interruptions.

The duration of the cleaning process can vary based on the property size and extent of cleaning required.
