For safety reasons, there are certain limitations to the services we provide. We are unable to clean areas that require climbing ladders, handle waste removal, address black mold, perform deep stain removal, clean up blood or feces, handle pest removal, or lift heavy items. These tasks often require specialized expertise or pose potential health and safety risks. We do not provide laundry services or washing/putting away dishes. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding as we prioritize the well-being of our team and clients. 

Our team of professional cleaners are fully trained and insured to handle your property with care. We also conduct thorough background checks on all employees before hiring them.

Currently, our cleaning services do not include organizing. We kindly request that you take the necessary steps to organize your important items and papers, as well as tidy up any clutter in the areas you wish to have cleaned before our arrival. By doing so, you enable our cleaning team to work more efficiently and effectively, focusing on the cleaning tasks at hand. Each property has a custom service plan that suits the property, therefore pricing will be different for each property.

We cover a 25 mile radius surrounding Flossmoor, IL. Further coverage area can be discussed for an additional fee.

We do not provide blind quotes for service. We schedule a walk-through for each property to assess the needs that are required of us.
